Devastated Hong Kong Residents Shocked as Massive Blaze Ravages Residential Buildings

Student a local student was among the many people gathered at the scene of a tragic fire that ravaged much of the multi-block residential estate in the region's northern district.

At least thirty-six residents have lost their lives in Wednesday's destructive inferno currently, with hundreds still not located, suggesting that this number will probably grow.

"This is a catastrophe," Thomas commented about the blaze, noting that he had observed a victim being taken away from the scene.

More than a thousand additional residents were forced to leave the estate as the blaze expanded, with many heading to temporary centers that have been established to shelter them.
